Does it cost extra to use QuickBooks Online with CRESSblue?
No. There are no extra fees to sync your QuickBooks Online subscription and your CRESSblue subscription.
How does my CRESSblue information sync to QuickBooks?
Use CRESSblue automation or enter your invoices and bills to create your accounting transactions, and CRESSblue automatically syncs data with QuickBooks Online. Our integration allows information to sync two ways. For example, creating a rent invoice in CRESSblue and editing or marking it paid in QuickBooks Online instantly and automatically syncs back to CRESSblue.
What fields and data sync between both platforms?
Data from your contacts, vendors and suppliers, invoices, bills and credit memos, accounts, payment status, and tax rates all sync.
Can my preferred accounts be synced to QuickBooks if they are already set up in CRESSblue?
Yes. CRESSblue will automatically sync all your accounts to QuickBooks Online.
If I prefer to retain my QuickBooks Online accounts, can I sync them to CRESSblue?
QuickBooks API doesn’t support exporting your Chart of Accounts, but you can still link them. Your accounts and records remain in both systems. You can unlink them instantly at any time, and both records will be fully complete and function independently.
Can the systems be separated?
Yes, with a single click. And just as quickly relinked.
How often does data sync between CRESSblue and QuickBooks Online?
Having real-time updated information is essential, which is why data syncs instantly.
Can CRESSblue handle multiple companies and bank accounts?
Your primary property management company in CRESSblue is linked to QuickBooks Online, which ensures a one-to-one connection.
In addition, on CRESSblue, you’ll have a single sign-on, which allows you to view properties, tenancies and reports across all your companies simultaneously.
What data flows to reports?
All data and fields that flow through CRESSblue are included in reports, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Bills can be created in CRESSblue and flow through to QuickBooks Online, meaning you can view up-to-date and accurate budget reporting.

Will my accountant need to learn CRESSblue?
